Hi everybody. Hooe you've all had a better week than me. Gained 2 lbs this week. I know why tho. I've spent a lot of time out doors I was asked to help out at work. All outside stuff. So I got cold and very hungry. So ate far more of the wrong foods . Well it was convenience stuff on the go like greggs etc . So I've paid the price. On the plus side. I hated the weight gain so that will come off this week for sure.
Now back on track watching what I eat

Well, at least you know what went wrong. If you have to work outside, can you bring some protein rich snacks that can keep you feeling satiated? A boiled egg, cheese sticks, chicken drumstick… maybe it will be easier to stay away from the convenience foods
Being able to know what you did, accept it and move on is so important... because life happens and we are not perfect. I think being able to get back on track after a bump is key. You will do it!
Well. Weighed in this morning and lost 1lb. Still struggling with food as I am out in the cold this week and last week again brrr. Minus 1.5c this morning brrrr
