Several months ago, I bought a Mediterranean DASH diet cookbook, and I tried a breakfast recipe from it today. It was decent and very healthy........some cottage cheese, raspberries, blueberries, bananas, and almonds. Next time, I am going to try it with honey and maybe cinnamon.

This was a breakfast....today I tried it without the banana and with honey....it was better, and I could tell it would be a great low fat high protein breakfast or snack.
