I have just rediscovered jelly pots. they have fruit in and are in a fruit juice. and jelly I leave them in the fridge so they are nice and cold when I want one. 53cals. per pot.A few years ago when I was in hospital I practically lived on them as I didn't fancy food.

They're great when you want something sweet! I get some that are 10 cals each - no fruit in them but they're tasty enough.
I sometimes make a fruit jelly with a tin of fruit salad in fruit juice and low cal jelly crystals. very nice. what make are the ones you use?

Hi Betty,
Which flavour do you prefer best? It's many years since I've had any jelly! Your jelly pots sound more palatable than the type of jelly I had years ago.
Hope you're enjoying the weekend. I expect you've planned your holiday out by now.

strawberry is always favourite. We've already booked two weeks in september to majorca, our favourite place. I was looking at north cyprus for june. well, when you've retired what else can you spend the money on!!
Great to hear you've already booked your holiday - something lovely to look forward to! North Cyprus sounds good too!
Strawberry is a lovey fresh flavour - I love eating strawberries, so I can imagine those strawberry fruit jellies are delicious! I shall look out for them, and give one a go sometime.
