Weight loss struggling

This time of the year when it's cold I just feel like snuggling up with coco marshmallows and the warm blanket! The last thing you want to do is work out and eat salad

But I have to keep going walking to the supermarket and doing my hitt exercises. Weight 71.1kgs.

Mmm I'm making the 1st batch of carrot soup this year. Spiced with smoked paprika and thickened with a couple of cauliflower florets 😋

My favourite is carrot, but I sometimes make a fridge drawer fantasy with what ever I have. I often add a drizzle of evo to the plate but you can add cream ,yogurt or grated cheese, they're all healthy fats.
