hi everyone, my plan was to start tomorrow on calories but it’s my birthday and my son announced yesterday they are taking me out for a Indian meal, what could I say, so I will be good all day and then just have my curry and rice, will not have a Nan bread and I don’t drink so hopefully it will not be to bad. Calories is what I have lost on in the past, been dieting it seems all my life but I’m just getting bigger and bigger, I am 73 tomorrow and I feel my health is suffering especially my knees and feet, I want to focus on a stone at a time, I would just like to feel and look better for this summer (if we get one)!!!!!!
My eating is very basic at the moment I do have a lot of pre packed meals as I am unable to stand for long, would love to start cooking again nice meals, hopefully of if I can start losing this will happen. Well I will weighin Tuesday and post my weight, good luck to everyone.😄
