Hi everyone,

I’m new to this and have very little confidence. My weight has been up and down since my first child in 2010. I’m not able to keep it off.

My goal is to be more active, eat healthy and to lose weight!

I also wanted to say hi 😊

Ps just wondered if anyone could share any good meal plans that are low in calories. I’m looking for a variety of meals to take to work or make at home.

Thank you ☺️

Hi and welcome, Keyworkernhs :)

You'll find lots of healthy recipes in the Topics section and many meal ideas from our Daily Diary.

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

That's good. If you join the Daily Diary, you'll see what others are planning 🙂

Hello from another newbie!

Just wanted to say good luck with your goals ❤️ I'm not sure I can help hugely with meal plans, but I have the Tom Kerridge Lose weight and get fit book, which is ideal for calorie counting (it's helped me plan for my first week) also try the Kitchen Stories app/website for inspiration and (as other comments) the daily diary is really good too, I've been scrolling through today's and some of the ideas their are amazing! Hope this is helpful x

Hey! It sounds like we’re quite similar. I’m new to this and my weight has been up and down for years... I don’t have a problem loosing it... it’s keeping it off once I have lost it! We can do this though, just need some motivation 💪🏼💪🏼 xx

Hi amber_x03

Yeah I’m really motivated now to do this now. This app is amazing to gain support and I don’t feel like I’m on my own through this. I’m filling in my daily calories and activities everyday. I’m also planning my meals ahead which I’ve never done before. I really want to keep on track x
