You've created a new post, as opposed to joing in with our weekly weigh in. Please click on the blue link, scroll down to the 3rd post, reply to our host, this week it's tidirhin2548.
I see that Gizmocat gave you the link when she welcomed you. I suggest you spend some time just clicking about, this is a busy forum with lots going on. The best posts to begin with are our weekly weigh in and daily diary.
Good luck with a loss next week, are you planning to modify what you eat or have you been following a plan already? Lots of tips and advice on here if you want it.
I have in the past been with weight watchers but now i cant afford to keep that going , luckly my doctor has given me a list of good foid choices plus i have found some helpful tips online too , Im now just keeping a eye on what i eat but most important making sure i do excersize daily 🙂🙂🙂
Presumably you have the ww literature from when you were a member so you could also dip into those for good food choices, meal ideas and recipes. I never found my gps idea of healthy eating very helpful - but maybe your gp is a bit more up to date with these things.
You've come to the right place if you want support on your weight loss journey! I've only been here less than a fortnight, but already feel at home here.
I'll look forward to seeing you in the weekly threads. 😀
Hi 10Piglet69 , do have a look around the forums, there's so much help out there. As well as the weekly weigh-in, I've also joined the Spring Challenge which is low carb/healthy fat, you'll get loads of ideas to consider and be able to do what's best for you. See you at the weekly weigh-ins, and looking forward to taking this journey with you, Dix
