You will probably get loads of differing opinions depending on which diet people prefer. I have lost seven stone mainly by cutting out refined sugar and two day intermittant fasting a week. To me what you are eating looks fine as long as the sugar content is not from refined sugar. Lots of people here do low carb in which case you are not oK. Need to find whats best for you really.

Hi I'm a fan of high fibre. You have logged 7g. I think the recommendation is around 30g. That's quite difficult to achieve I usually manage around 25g. If you aim to make your carb intake as high fibre as possible a lot of it will go down the toilet. Sorry to be gross
