I am trying this after failing to keep weight off with slimming world too. This is my first week so I will see what happens. There are loads of family recipes on the meal mixer app. I am really enjoying the food (even though I am missing the biscuits) good luck with your weight loss
There is sadly or luckily depending on how you view diet.....................................no going back!
Healthy habits must be kept and rough calorie goals once you hit you desired weight, maybe the idea that you relaxed , ( I don't know if you did) you could return to old ways, it's for lots a mindful constant thing, being aware of what you eat, tho it does get easier.
Get the kids into healthy foods and set a role model for them, I never remember my parents having binges, tho they liked a drink, food restrictions were never ever mentioned, tho at one point I ate too much sweet stuff! And yes I got told in my 40s by then tho.
With the help of the forum you can achieve great things and great losses, be kind to yourself and start to make great lifestyle changes now., that you can stick to !!
Thank you Diana I've always had trouble since having a contraceptive coil inserted .i am determined to give it a try and have joined the gym this morning x
