Well Back on It !

I was finally brave enough to weigh myself this morning. I’ve not been eating or drinking sensibly for a couple of years and my weight has just ballooned. According to my BMI I am now obese. Consequently it’s a hard slog to go back to where I was before. Please wish me luck. I’ll need it !

Welcome back, PedallingMinstrel :)

Here's your chance to turn things round again. There are some changes to the forum since last you were here so please look through all these posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and join in when you're ready. The weigh in and daily diary are good starting points, and you can share your exercise/activity achievements on Fit is Fun.

Onwards and downwards :)

I feel strange saying welcome back, as I'm new, but well done for taking that important first step! I look forward to seeing you around and hopefully we can encourage each other towards our goals 😀
