I am following the recipes from pinch of nom cook book and food diary. No group just new scales that give body fat, water weight etc each week I lost 1lb last week and gained 2lb this time. In fairness I did have a midweek cheat meal after work and suffered afterwards with my stomach
Just done a shop at work and used discount and worked out cheaper than what I had written down. In this shop I got plenty of meat and separated it into individual food bags so I have 10 meals plus extra as it has per portion in book so plenty of leftovers for freezer and there for convenience
1lb 12oz off tho I am officially starting Friday coming but still a boost in confidence
