I'm back - over the last year i lost nearly 4 stone, and still had some room to go. Then I sprained ankle out on a run, so had to rest and then gym membership expired. Then I got a puppy so he consumed my time. Now I just stood on scales and have put back on 1 and half stone! I feel awful.
Gym membership restarts today, and I am going to exercise in the house too, and walk dog and when weather is better me & him can run together (he has a lot more energy than I have).
Here is hoping that I can get back on it! I'm using My Fitness Pal to log food & exercise

You don't need luck honey, you've already made a great start. Ok you've put a bit back on but not all of it, so along the way you've been making sound choices without thinking about it😃
