I've lost 2lbs this week and it's down to staying in touch with the forum. Thank you for helping me get back into the zone. It was scary to lose control and go back to my old ways but at least I know I can recover from it. I know where I went wrong as I was thinking about how many lbs I needed to lose to get to my goal instead of thinking about losing 1lb a week.
Here's a little tip for the crisp lovers out there. Put the crisps (I hope it's a small bag) into a Tupperware container and put the lid on. Take a couple of crisps at a time and remember to put the lid on every time. It slows you down and makes you think about what you are eating. Hope it helps!
