Sometimes it can take a few weeks to get everything moving in the right direction, and fluctuations can happen. The best advice I can offer is to write down everything you eat, and then if your weight has increased again, look for certain foods, meals or days where you feel you might be able to make some better choices more aligned to your goal of losing weight. Making small changes leads to big results!!
