Hi Jerry02, you've created a stand-alone post. This should help you to post on the weigh-in :) healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Before I embarked on a weight loss journey I didn't think that shedding the pounds would help the pain in my knees when I tried to tie shoes . I think I used to drop more of everything then and had to take a deep breath in and down I went - getting up was another painful story . As I lost weight my joint pain eased - try chair exercises too as the weight shifts . New me , getting a few compliments did wonders for my mental health as seriously I didn't get much positive feedback being large and shuffling about . This is all about you but people around me changed too . My kids were relieved , their worries about me were only told when I had done something about it . Depression is lousy , joint pain is awful but you will see a positive difference .
