Congratulations on the weight loss, that’s fantastic, and your out of the 19 stone club into the 18, to me that always feels like a bigger achievement. Good luck over the coming weeks, I hope your great start continues. I’m sure you will get lots of support from others.

Thanks for your support. Didn’t think of it like that leaving the 19 club into the 18 stone club.

I find it very motivating, but we are all different. I’ve been in 8-18 club, in 15 at the moment hoping to get to the 14 club by the end of September. Fingers crossed we are both going to get to the place that makes us feel good.

Hi Panisangelicus, I'm afraid you've posted on the main page. You need to find the Feel Good Friday weigh in. It's in the pinned posts under events. Here's the link for today so you don't "get lost". Just reply to your host Caroline

Hello and welcome, Slim60 😊

You'll find all the information you need about the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... including a Welcome message. A good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.

This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

PS the app doesn’t give access to all parts of the forum so we advise everyone to get rid of the app and log on to the full website using the browser on their phone
