No sugar challenge week 1 of 8
I have been told I'm high risk for type 2 diabetes, something that's totally preventable so I want to do something about it! My main weakness is refined sugars so I know I need to do something about it! It's supposed to take 8 weeks to get the sugar out your system, so in 8 weeks time we should see a real difference!

And some really good informant on the gestational diabetes website in the diet section. I know we don't have GD but the diet is just low sugar so it's all relevant! I found the sections on yogurt and cereal really helpful

The NHS have a change4life food scanner app to check how much sugar is in your food.
