I can't seem to make any headway. My focus is all over the place and I've been giving in to weak moments.
In the past, support has been extremely helpful to me. Being able to share - give and receive support from others - has helped me to maintain my mindset and achieve my goals of healthful eating and exercising. I'm hoping being here will help me get on path.
It is said repeating the same behavior over and over and expecting different results is a form of insanity. So, I'm trying something new!

I recommend joining in as much as possible. I'll leave the link to our pinned posts where you will find everything that is going on. I find the daily Diary and the weekly weigh in especially helpful. Just click on the link below and scroll down until you see something that interests you.
Sounds cruel but we can only eat what we buy . I shop less often and plan meals . If I have any snacks in the house obviously I’ll eat them because they’re there and my body and mind craves them . I buy dried apricots and sultanas . Walnuts are good too but I only eat a few . Try 3 meals a day and no snacks and no eating after 7pm . It’s hard but you do get used to it . Record TV to skip advertising. Sip a low cal hot choc as made with water it is too hot to drink quickly . This isn’t easy but routine not to go off track works .
