I can't seem to make any headway. My focus is all over the place and I've been giving in to weak moments.
In the past, support has been extremely helpful to me. Being able to share - give and receive support from others - has helped me to maintain my mindset and achieve my goals of healthful eating and exercising. I'm hoping being here will help me get on path.
It is said repeating the same behavior over and over and expecting different results is a form of insanity. So, I'm trying something new!
