You love your little treats and this seems to keep you going . I must just get back to my strict 3 meals a day as I have a craving for crisps which aren’t great for me . Cut those out and each bag is 130 calories which I have been munching daily so added up a weeks worth and cringed.Not just the calories I know . Your fruit and peanut butter looks lovely but snacking needs hacking for the time being for me
