So I completed week one on Thursday, stepped on the scales and I have lost 13lb and lost 2 inches off my waist! Had no less than 1100 calories and no more than 1400, lots of fruits and veg too :-). Looking forward to the rest of week two.

That's an impressive loss Beth, but with 10st still to lose, I'm concerned you're eating way too few calories and setting yourself up for a difficult time.
Have a look at this, for the reason why eating too few calories isn't good for weight loss.

Hi and well done on 13lb loss that is a huge amount even for your first week, as Moorless says with 10stone to loose I think you should be eating a little more so check it as she advises. As the weeks progress then your loss will be less ( I am averaging 1-1.5 lbs a week which is ok with me slow and steady) so don't despair if this happens just change tactics like adjust calorie allowance, up the exercise etc.
