So far I have lost 12lbs but gained 7lbs, so slowly going the right way! I have no meal plans or calorie counting stuff just the nhs one which I do when I can. There is little time in my hectic life to prepare for these things. I will try for the rest of this year to make plans and hopefully be more successful. In the meantime I just try to eat healthy and only when I am hungry! Exercise as much as possible without over doing it and stay as positive as possible ✨️

Hi Madonna68 and well done for keeping on a downward trajectory. It can be difficult to plan when life is hectic but if you can find a little time in the evening to plan your meals for the next day, i'm sure it would help. The nhs 12 week plan is great, is that the one you use when you can?
When life is hectic, eating when truly hungry and healthily will see you through.
