Hi, I can't seem to lose weight as it's got to be education of what I'm eating and I need to do more excercise daily as twice a week is not enough, I really need the support of being on this programme and looking forward to a positive change as I'm prediabetic my GP told me so I don't necessarily need to work out hard everyday just do something if only a walk daily I will bring into my path of dropping the kilogrammes from 146 currently but was 151 9 day's ago it fluctuates a lot and with lymphodema on both legs below the knee the swollen legs holding excess fluid as gone and back to normal size thankfully, My initial target is 120 kgs with 110 hopefully by the end of weight loss and then stabilising it, So here goes, I Wish all the others on here Best Wishes 👍
