For three of your last four posts, one of our Maintainers has taken the time to offer a helpful reply and you haven't acknowledged it.

Hi - we are all here to support . Don't give up as your photos clearly show you know exactly what to eat . Obviously tinned oranges are going to be processed and even the natural ones - question by looking at label - Are they ? Eat oranges but eat fresh . They taste basically the same . linked into breakfast with porridge and yogurt - great . Little tweaks , don't punish yourself but after so much effort I will predict - Eat rubbish and you will be annoyed as the weight comes back . Seek some friends , help each other . You know what to do , you know how to do it but I think you need moral support that is why I suggest a motivated partner for competition , friendship and someone to vent with . Join a walking group or splash out on a gym . You are worth it.

Ha - I adore them but they are loaded with sugar . Like chocolate and a few glasses of wine. Use them occasionally.

Come on Bluelady-sing, it’s lovely just being on here. People give support and are always around. We all have off and strop days, at least on here there’s always someone to listen and understand. Give yourself another couple of weeks. This is from someone who has only lost a 1lb.

We can do this. 👍

Can so go with your comment Cockneyblue but actually pick up a pound in weight and that is not on you anymore . This decent weather is motivating me . I had an awful sluggish winter . I know why the weight piled on .It is exercise that really makes me drop pounds .

I really don’t like exercise but I’ll have to motivate myself. 👍

Hello Bluelady - a few days have elapsed . Are you feeling any better ? You have really tried so don’t let a few grey days get you down . Sing loud and proud . A few treats cheer you up then have them . Even a pound off is a great achievement. If you actually pick up 500g of anything and now that weight isn’t on you .
