Oat porridge

I used to eat this when I was younger then I developed an allergy I just made some as it's quite cheap and nutritious, I only managed to tablespoons I'm trying to get my used to eating again has anyone tried this method.I'm trying to challenge my allergy

I don't usually reply on here, as I am and Admin on the running forums; I spotted your post in a flag-up, many of our runners are on here too:)

Just wondered if your allergy was gluten related.. my daughter has a gluten allergy and she uses Quaker, Gluten free oats to make her porridge. They also make them in small sachets. Oat so Simple... * There are other brands of course).

Just a thought:)
