Hello, I'm just wonder if anyone has tried this? Porridge for breakfast, weetabix with banana for lunch and a dinner about 600kcals.
I've been on most diets over the years and learnt I just have to eat healthy. But was curious about this, I've heard of the cereal diet, 2 bowls of special k or some other cereal full of sugar.
Inquisitive mind haha 🤓

A cereal diet might work for a few days, but you would soon find it dull! Your body needs variety - lots of bright colours and different flavours - a variety of vitamins and minerals, protein, carbs, and even fats - it is what proportion of each that counts. Keep it interesting and you will be able to stick with it for longer. Well done for sticking with a healthy diet!
You are so right! A few friends and I tried to 'live off the land' for a week a few years ago. We ate really well and didn't go hungry thanks to quite a few feathered friends, fungus, berries/apples and seafood/seaweed....but we really struggled to find carbs of any kind. We took salt, 3 pats of butter and a bag of oats with us, but foraged everything else. Was an interesting experiment.
