Well you haven't put all the weight on and you've reached out so that's a big positive, what's your next step? 👍
I agree with ForestryPine6 - you haven't gained all . I went down from 80-62kg but run up to surgery and following surgery I have had about 16 weeks with hardly any exercise . Now back at work and trying to address the 6kg I have gained . I can eat Ok but aged 62 I need loads of exercise to get anywhere near 62kg .
NO ! you didn't gain it ALL back again !
When I started I was very dedicated at 90kg. I ran into medical problems such as really severe gout, particularly a week long episode in my wrists, which made me almost unable to care for myself. It was a dent in my ego and made me experience being hamstrung to a crisis point for the first time.
Having to constantly think of food and remembering the 5 a day requirement, just made me gain weight. I haven't given up though. I plan to start again !
I have worked in care for 35 years, and all I can say is - never ever give up ... there is a new day ahead .... 🎥
Reaching 67kg is such an inspiration. It'll be good to have your experience in this group.
