are you doing the exercise as well? Are you close to your target weight or just started? From what other people have posted you need to reduce food intake and do exercise as well to lose weight. Also I think plateauing is to be expected- why not look at what you have been eating. Just don't focus on weight loss- has your waist measurement gone down? If you have got scales which measures body fat- has that gone down? As long as something has reduced even if not your weight then it shows that you are benefiting from the diet. The important thing I think is to look at what has imrpoved- have you increase you exercise totals, reduced waist size or body fat? I was away visiitn family the week before last and put on weight, which was disappointing but it helped me to focus more
how do you join a weigh-in post- people have said go to events on home page but I only see one for today and previous emails say Mondays & Tuesdays are full. Do you allocate yourself to a specific day or can you weigh-in any day as long as there has been less than 200 weigh-in posts? I'm confused!!!
Hi RG07 I'm new here. Last week I weighed in on Friday. In the morning click on where it says, for example, Friday's weigh in, in the news feed and then click on reply at the end of the post. I know there is still room on Friday and Saturday. Hope this helps.
Hi Seannyb , when I joined last summer it took a while before I registered a loss, but it happened eventually, so don't give up. Once I started losing I went down by one or two pounds a week and it's a great feeling.
It depends on so many individual variables, we are all different. Keep trying different things and I am sure you will see shift on the scales soon.
