Hi, I am back again. To be fair I lost over 2 stone a years or so ago and felt good about myself. I have unfortunately put back on 1 1/2 stone in the last 10 months, and yes it shows. All the clothes I had to buy no longer fit. So disappointing......got a lovely dress hanging in my wardrobe and I would love to wear it for Christmas... Going to give it another go....

Thank you. I am a very good example of someone who did well and then let it all slip again, because I thought you don't have to work at it....! But you do.....!
