Welcome back Herman7275 I'm glad that you've managed to sort out whatever issues you were having when you tried to post. As you know this is a forum which relies on peer to peer support , you have been very succcessul with your own weight loss journey in spite of other health issues, I'm sure your experience can help others in similar situations. Is low carb working for you ? I am interested if it does on what you eat - for advice in a typical day . My weight is stagnant. Would love a few prompters please .
Winter months try You Tube . It becomes addictive.

Depends what you want ? Zumba is brilliant cardio if you like music . Gentle stretching at first - saying gentle coz you will think hey - this is easy but done properly and you will feel it . Type in anything you want to focus on - so say - arms and you can just stand up and work those arms and you will feel as though you have swung them a 1000 times . If you have an exercise bike , running machine then don't pay crazy sub fees as You Tube has that . I use it via my TV screen so I can see the exercises more clearly .
I just use the free stuff - enough of it . Another good source is the free Myfitnesspal . I used primarily as a daily diary , calorie counter , barcode scanner and simple macros but it has fitness too . Even if you just get the names of these people and look then at if they do anything on You Tube . Hopefully the weather gets warmer although my son who lives in Sacramento , California had to escape to Hawaii for some winter sun.
Yes my diet people put me on to My Fitness Pal, been using My Fitness Pal since 2019, and another place to get great diet recipes , And food choices , is Diet Dr. . COM
First trip to USA was this Xmas and New Year to Brooklyn and Manhattan. Great -loads to see but as fast food is so cheap compared to sit down restaurants then I could easily be addicted to cream cheese bagels - 4 dollar’s from bakery that was open till 2am and wow insanely tasty ! We live near Manchester UK but plan soon to move near the coast .
