Hey... For the past 10 weeks I've half heartedly been dieting. Changing g my approach to losing weight on a daily basis and despite exercising 3 times a week for 1.5-2 hours a time I've been unsuccessful
So I've decided to bring it back to basics and follow this 12 week plan . I go on holiday in 10 was but will work my butt off until then and after!
I have about 2.5 stones to lose and determined to do it .... Good luck to us all

Starting a new approach myself, excited and motivated at the same time which I haven't felt in awhile! Holiday's a great motivator, how fun!
Hmmmm, maybe I should plan a trip...lol
Hi Audrey, good luck for bringing it back to basics. Have you thought about doing the nhs couch to 5k programme? It only takes 30 mins each session instead of your current 1.5-2hours, but more intense shorter spurts might be more effective, as you get your heart rate up and train your body to exercise with new muscles. It takes 9 weeks so you have enough time before your holiday
Hey.. Yeah I've done the c25k before and still go run a bit.. I've signed up agai. This year for the great Scottish run 10k in October - it might be worth re thinking my training times though - thanks 😃
Maybe some kind of training plan working towards a particular goal for the 10k then? I'm still maintaining my new 5k running habit so in awe of those that can run 10k. Good luck finding out what works for you
I have just refocused my diet so I am in the same position as you. I hope that you achieve your goal by your holiday! You sound determined so you definitely have a great chance! Just keep reminding yourself of your goal!
