I have just 'found' this website and thought others might find it useful?
Some of you may be familiar with it already, but for those who aren't, it might be worth a look.
You can tell it the ingredients you have and it will come to with recipes that fit your ingredients. I had intended to stick with chicken and veg for dinner, but it's getting a bit....samey! So, I had a look, found this site and following its recommendation, decided to have a baked omelette instead!
As we all (should!) have lots of lovely diet-y food in our cupboards, the recipies it gives should be quite healthy!?
