Hello and welcome, to help get you in the zone and focused you could join us on our Christmas challenge, here's the link, hope to see you there x
Hello Helten,
By linking in with Weight Loss support you've already made the first positive steps to get on (and stick to) the best "track" for you.
So many of us have been in the same position as you, making a good start, but then losing our way and ending up back where we started.
Many of us have found that the key to success in weight loss is engaging with others, and hopefully the different groups here can give you the opportunity to do that. As you work unsocial hours, being able to pop in at any time may also help. We have the Daily Diary, which, as the title suggests, an opportunity to log what your menu plans are for the day. You'll find members in that group who are following a number of different ways to losing weight, low carb, calorie counting etc. We even have a recipe sharing group (springer's Specials)
there's a weekly weigh in where members congratulate success and support each other when things don't go to plan.
Also, you've joined in at the very beginning of a "Countdown to Christmas" challenge. These are great fun, and a way to set yourself a realistic short-term goal.
I'm going to put a link below where you can access all of the groups that are active this week. It also has information for anyone new or returning to the forum.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, or get stuck with anything on the forum, jst shout out.
Good luck! 🍀
With your working hours, planning may be where you slip up.
Follow the link Grigid has given you and you'll see the daily diary, where other members are sharing their plans. Join in when you're ready
Know what you mean. Having somewhat similar problem, but with erratic sleep cycle. Experimenting with Moroccan Olive Oil (I read somewhere that because it's in a desert region the trees excrete an enzyme or some such that helps the plant thrive on little water & it's supposed to rid the adipose fat. We'll see.) plus the fact that I don't eat much due to inactivity, maybe lunch. Something is working, I have lost some weight. Waiting to see if it sticks though, THAT will be the real success! 🤞For all of us.
figure out what time you should eat your meals is half the battle with keeping odd hours
be sure to weigh in weekly it keeps you on your toes and if you can add some walking to your routine that helps
i found that I have lost a lot of weight just by walking to and from work each
