I need some advice, been on the 12week NHS plan for 11 weeks now.I gradually lost weight from 87kg to now 78kg(thanks to the support from this group which kept me going). However for the past two weeks my weight loss has stalled.Just a 1 cm off my wasit but no change on the scales. Been eating not more than 1400 calories a day and doing 30mins of home workout cardio and toning excercise 6 days a week.Kindly advise me on what I could do as I feel I need to lose a few more kilos
Thanks

A downside to calorie counting is that is assumes all calories are equal and that it's only the daily total that matters, whereas you need to think wisely about how you "spend" your calorie allowance. This explains further healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Another thought is that 1400 calories was probably too low for you, unless you are very short. 1400 is generic and suits very few of us so you would be best using the NHS BMI calculator to find the correct range for you.
