OMG what a bad week I am up from 64.2 to 64.4 kg I need to shift the weight this week ready for my vacation I am running out of time to be swimsuit ready

That's a tiny gain and nothing to worry about. It could be fluid retention due to the heat and will be gone when it cools down.
