First week was a success

This morning my scale showed 1.4kg less than last week and I am proud ! I really felt that I have gained weight as I have to consume 1900cals/day which is huge and I never reach that number . I did not went jogging twice a week as I wanted , after the first run my right foot started hurting , it hurts even when I walk so I belive that this coming week I will try dancing for 60 min , do my 10.000 while I let my foot rest . I'm pretty heavy and I don't want to feel this pain even when I'm not exercising . If after Week 2 my foot will still be painful then I might have to see a GP .

I'm going to Bruxelles tonight , just for one day and I'm excited . Good excuse to have chocolate πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Hope everyone is ok 😘

Yay, well done! I agree about the foot, get it looked at if no improvement soon. Enjoy Bruxelles (but take it easy with the chocolate)!

Way to go Roxy, well done! Hope your foot improves soon, did you warm up before jogging, perhaps you did too much too soon? Have a good trip and if your foot is no better perhaps you should get it checked out at the doctors.

Not what you're looking for?
