Start weight 14st 5lb last Thursday - today; the same! Goal is 13-5 and get waist from 41 to 37 inches by 18th November. Not the best start but came off the rails early!

Don't worry,Getoutdoors, sometimes it takes a while to get into the swing if things

Why not join the Thursday weigh-in for mutual support with a smaller group and log your menus on the Daily Diary, in case there are small tweaks that we could help you with. Declaring your intention often helps to keep you focused and on track too :)

I do,this as well, but somehow writing out your foodmplan on the forum helps us keep on track 😊

You will find you have weeks like that the next you will lose a lot so don't worry I did it and I have zero willpower 😊

I found green tea when I wanted to snack really helped me I'm not over keen on the taste must say but it filled me up and kept me away from temptation 😇

Haha - funny I have one or two greens teas a day even though I find it a bit unsatisfying!

Hi Getoutdoors....just brush yourself off and start again...forgive yourself and get back on the rails...I did that twice this week and it's only my first week ha ha! It doesn't have to be unforgiving cos we are just learning to behave differently around food. You are probably doing a lot better than you think.
