Thank you, i am sure to vheck out the video. I am lucky, i thought that i can eat a little sweet and yhen stop. ... I found that when i deny sweets strictly i crave even more. Slowly decreasing worked do far, but maybe its time to stop!!!
Sweet is no problem. Enjoy your tea, coffee and deserts by adding Stevia as sweetener - it is FDA approved. You can also add zero calorie colas and drinks to your box of delight. They r a great help while losing weight but unfortunately the sweeteners in them will abolish the risk of diabetes.
It's important to remember that if you eat sugar it will stimulate your hunger hormone and gibe you a rush of dopamine so you'll get addicted like with any drug and just want more. I cured my craving for a taste hit by repacing the sugar hit with spicy snacks although they were not the lowest in carbs but were easier to wean off than sugar.
