Bad cravings!
If your craving, you could have a low cal snack (not more than 100 cals) to get it out of your system. Then review why you're craving. Working on improving the balance in your diet and getting the right minerals and vitamins can help reduce future cravings. I've been working on this for some time and it's really starting to work. I feel hungry at times but I haven't craved bad foods. I hope you manage to get through it.
Have a hot drink when you feel these cravings. Hunger goes in waves and doesn't get worse. I have black coffee (decaffeinated in the evenings) or herbal teas when I've got cravings and that soon allays them. Don't buy naughty things when you're out shopping!
Just watch your carbs. Sugars produce insulin in the body and insulin sends hunger alert to the brain. I reduced pasta, sugar and bread in my diet and I have no cravings at all. Sweet fruits taste a lot sweeter to me now and I need a lot less to feel satisfied. Oh and one more thing... Enjoy your food. Give yourself pleasure from eating. I hate word "diet". First three letters tell you all about it. Good luck with keeping your healthy lifestyle!
Seems that you are on the Harcombe diet?
No I am not. I do not do diet any more. I go out and eat what people eat, just drink less because of sugar and I watch my carbs. This suits me best because I don't have to choose between friends or diet, I don't have to involve everyone around into my diet and make them feel guilty, I can eat with my family and friends and I feel better. I do not punish myself with diet. I treat myself with great food which is good for me and I eat it in great company. I have lost 6kg since I have started on 3rd January and I can loose a lot more because I do not count days to last day of my diet in order to eat "normally". I can eat like that for years. I don't do die-t. I do live-t! And I wish you live-t too
