My weigh in is 106 kg

I am fed up of keep yoyoing so I am coming back hoping with support I can loose 14pounds by April

What practical help can I get from this group

As always we find that participation is the key to success. The Daily Diary and the weekly Weigh In are very good places to begin. At the moment our jennilou is hosting a MayDay challenge which may suit you as you have set yourself a time line.

May I suggest that you set yourself smaller goals 1-2 lbs a week is far more achievable than looking at 14 lbs. It's also easier if you weigh in with either Kilos or pounds , try not to mix the 2. :)

Hi Butterlady7 as Lytham wrote to you we have just started our May Day challenge where the aim is to lose 7lbs or 3kgs by Sunday 1st May. Although you would like to lose more come on over and join us and see how you go with your target while joining a wonderful group of people:)

Hi Butterlady7 , welcome back and good luck with your weight loss. I’m in a similar position to you, and have decided this year is THE year finally! So will be great to see you around the forum. One day at a time. I find participating in the dd’s really helpful. X

That was me week before last then last week I lost 4lbs. It is hard but you can do it. I have mobility issues so exercise is challenging. But I am slowly improving. Good Luck!

Thanks for that it bout my spirit i will keeping on i just need to get some exercise into my life i am finding it very difficult to get started
