Well its a great start and I feel elated. I found calorie counting so easy with the help of my fitness pal and advice from NHS choices guide to loosing weight week 1. I have downloaded week 2 and I am currently looking through the couch to 5 K (not sure if i could achieve that), but I am going to give this a go

Well done glad you had a good first week, helps give you a boost going into the second week. Myfitnesspal and this forum have been lifelines of mine during this weight loss journey. Good luck with the C25K i tried and didnt get very far, but will try again, as long as we dont give up on ourselves we will succeed
im on week 6 and 1st down so you keep going it gets easier and i enjoy better foods now good luck.

Hi Mandi, give c25k a go - you can repeat weeks as often you like if you're finding it hard - it is really well put together for complete beginners.
Good luck with both losing weight and trying the c25k.
