Bit of both really. I am now following a low carb Mediterranean diet as I was registering pre-diabetic (not any longer). I sort of dropped away from HU because of the anti-statin stance of so many members. Hope you are well?

I'm sorry about the anti-stain lot, tbh I haven't heard them mentioned for yonks. Personally I stopped taking statins during lockdown because they were difficult to get without a prescription now, before I resume them,if I resume them, I would like some blood work done. I'm not fully vaccinated yet and I have no intention of going near either the Drs' surgery or the hospital until I am.
