I’ve been doing the couch to 5k got to week 3 and struggled with sore legs so gone to the beginning again which has helped. But my weight loss is stalling a bit I’ve lost 1 stone so far which I’m so happy with but want to lose more.
Any advice on what else to do to kick start it again exercise wise I normally do mix of cardio and weights when I go to the gym (three times a week)
