Hi all
I am back after a long pause. I am really struggling and need to start looking after myself.
My starting weight is 12stone 12 pounds and I need to lose 3 stones as I am only 5ft 2ins.
My first goal is to stick to a diet for a full week and my second is to lose half a stone to start with.
I am going to calorie count as I like to be able to choose what I want to eat.
I’m not good with technology but hope I can utilise the help on here.
