Hello and welcome back, you are right to keep a handle on what you put in your mouth, I still write it all down, and use a small plate. I started at 14 st 7 like you 5'2, now just under 11, and I need this forum. Stick with it good bad and indifferent we are all feeling the same. Have a good week
Hi RosiejetI have also recently come back - same height as you but weighing more! I'm very very slowly losing some weight and do get frustrated but this forum is incredibly helpful and supportive and I'm starting to think "if others can do it so can I!'
I'm also going to start writing down what I eat .....
