I need Heeeelp. Just finished a very long and exhausting day and so now very tired and hungry that I just want to raid the cupboard. Eat anything and everything. So tired that cooking is the last thing on my mind. Just need a kick to stop me and get me on the right track again before I do something silly please

Qick, do a little fry up with onions,peppers or any other veg you might have about and add2 eggs at the end to scramble them in. Have then on 2 Ie ex of toast or waffles. Shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes?
