I’m trying to do some form of exercise each day, alternating between jogging and cycling. I’m not a spring chick but enjoying it. Curious to know how much people are doing to loose slowly each week. 😍

I just walk 😊 about 14 000 steps on my working days and about 10 000 on my days off 😊
Ps do you count the calories?
I do - in order to control portion sizes. I also aim to reduce sugar and highly processed foods and eat all my food during 8 hour window each day.
Sorry l meant the calories you burn off when exercising, (sorry lack of sleep )I’m not counting how much calories I eat but how much I burn off, it seems to be working anyhow!
Yes I too eat all my food! I’ve stopped snacking and I’m amazed by how much I probably ate as I’m no longer bloated 😳
Due to health reasons the only thing I do is walking daily. Over lock down I was doing more than 10000 steps a day. It did godown during the winter months. Now I am trying to build it back up. Although due to chronic pain I don’t always get there. This last week I have got up to 7500 daily.1 day I did 13000 but it did cause me a lot of pain. 😊
I've done / I do an exercise video on YouTube. I purchased a second hand plastic step a few months ago. Remember those ? I've got into, 'It's a step thang' on YouTube. They are 15 or 30 minute exercise presentations. I pick the beginner ones as I'm not that fit. I did one yesterday.
Today I went for a walk/run around our local park. I run/jog until I get tired then I walk to catch my breath then I jog on for a bit, and repeat.
I've also done a seated exercise routine by Paul Eugene. He's great but not to everyone's taste !
Hi I do at least 3/4 miles walk a day and now playing tennis again. I do use a Apple Watch for calorie burned. According to my watch yesterday I burned over 900 playing tennis for 90 mins. It was in the heat and heart hitting 170 bmp.
Oh yes I use my watch to view calories burnt, it’s interesting to see how much is burnt doing different activities. The YouTube classes are good also, yes I remember the old step box!!I started in March doing short jogs, I’ve built it up to 6k now, I don’t do one each day as I do t want to damage my knees! X
