Tomorrow marks the start of week 2 for me, and I must say, I’ve had a great week. I’ve exercised every day except Friday, (I could feel my fibro and CFS creeping up behind me) and been under my target for calories every day whilst still having a gin and slim on a few of the days.
I’m hoping my maths is right, because this delicious plate of veg, couscous and tofu only came to 300cals!
Exercise wise I’ve done 2 sessions of Joe Wicks The Body Coach for Seniors (I’m 36, and have to adapt the exercises slightly due to health issues but I love it), 2 walks, and bounced my way round Waikiki Beach in Hawaii, Kodiak Island in Alaska, San Andreas and Rome on my fit ball watching virtual runs on YouTube.
Wishing everyone a great week ahead 🌱💜

Thank you @Subtle_badger, I will look into this. I’m vegan so carbs have formed a huge part of my life. Perhaps this is also another path if the calories don’t work out 🦩
Your meal looks yummy! Problem I have is I am 68 so haven't got so much energy now. I get achy joints partly because I can't see my chiropractor at the moment and dog walking twice a day and gardening seem to tire me out. Well done you though!
Aw @Cassie11, it is tiring and I think the lockdown makes us more tired somehow. It’s good you’re keeping moving as that helps the oxygen get into your joints keeping them healthy. Stay safe 🦩
