Monday is Coming

Hi everyone!

Why to wait until Monday to start routines, diets etc?

...According to Google Monday is the best day to start a new diet. Maligned Mondays are actually days that tap into the "fresh start effect," when we feel like "a new person," ready to take on a change in habits, according to a report...

Well I will have my "fresh start" this Monday and hopefully If you are reading this and you are a bit demotivated for whatever reason, don't worry, Monday is Coming for you to.

I been tidying my fridge and pantry this days and the hard think for me is to have sweets , cookies or bread at home. I would like not to have temptation around but ... Will it be selfish not to have it just because is a temptation to me and I'm trying to lose some weight ?

I live with my husband and he is fit and does exercise and he loves to have bread at home or even to bake it himself. (I suffer because the house smells soo nice when we bake bread or sweats)

How to coexist with pantry temptations without falling into temptation ?

I just hope "Celi Can Do It"

Sounds as if you're getting organised :)

There's a very friendly weigh in team on Monday so I hope you'll be joining them and, meanwhile, make yourself familiar with all the other activities in Pinned Posts so you can make the most of this forum
