Welcome to Mondays Weigh In!
Pineapple27 here, co-ordinating the weigh-in post for today. I host the Monday “Mass Movers” Weigh In thread on a fortnightly basis.
Whatever your results are on the scales today, please do share them with us if you would like to.
We ask that everyone respond to at least one other member, ideally the person directly ahead of you on the thread. Feel free to cheer on or offer support to as many people as you wish, on as many days as you like! Nobody complains about a bit of praise!
This is a busy weigh in day; I do try and acknowledge and encourage everyone who joins us – but please – if I miss you for any reason, it’s purely the volume of posts.
Feel free to share any details of your week that you like.
This is how it helps us all for you to report your weight:
Start weight -
Last week's weight (or date of last weigh-in) -
Weight today -
Loss/Gain/STS -
Badges
The Admin doing the stats today will update badges as they go so please be patient, as there's a lot to do.
Welcome all newcomers. If you're joining this weigh-in group for the first time today – WELCOME!! Please introduce yourself and share your starting weight and your initial weight loss goals. Make a note of your body measurements as sometimes loss shows as inches rather than pounds or kilograms. Keep that tape measure handy….
If you’ve not already seen it, then take a moment to read the ‘Welcome Newbie’ pack, which is a Pinned post (situated on the right-hand side of the homepage, or scroll right down to the bottom, if you're using a mobile).
What are your plans for this week?
As mentioned a fortnight ago, I’m away on my holidays at the moment in sunny Tenerife! Thought I’d just mention it again 😀 It’s been an amazing break - glad to get away from the election hype and the fallout afterwards. I’m here with my sister and we’ve had a blast, as well as rather too many beers and mojitos some nights, but on the whole I’ve managed to be fairly restrained, knowing that when i am back, there is Christmas eating to contend with. Thankfully Christmas is quite low key this year for us and food consumption will be “normal” most days. I have just a couple of family gatherings, but they are at restaurants where I will have control over food choices and how much I consume.
Today is the last day of our holidays before flying home and we have a boat trip planned. I therefore won’t be around much during the day to answer your posts, so please do look after one another and be sure to support your fellow Monday Mass Movers in my absence. I’ll be looking out for pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins! Members of a dolphin pod are very much like Monday Mass Movers. They look after one another. The picture I have shared is one that was taken on a boat trip that we did last week. I very much hope that we are as fortunate to see as many again this time around.
I look forward to hearing what you are all up to this coming week.
Please only use this thread if you're weighing in on Monday 16th December 2019 .

Wow.. holiday sounds awesome! I love Tenerife and hanging out with my sister is the best. We are planning a trip to NYC and cruising back on QM in next year or .. no husbands or kids! 😂
I’ve had a fairly good week but as I had an essay deadline I have been up late every night and then up early in morning... so I have been a bit of a zombie! 😂😃 essay submitted yesterday so it’s Christmas time!!!
I have had a few biscuits and or whole packets of sharing crisps... but some times you have too.... 😬
Start 17.3
Last week 14
This week 13.12
Loss 2lb... 😃👍
I want to stay around 14st over Christmas and then plan to lose finial stone in the new year!
Essay in, 2lbs lost even with biscuits and crisps sounds good to me! Well done to you! Must be lovely to be free of essay writing deadlines. 😊 Have a good week 🌸😊
What an amazing picture. I love dolphins and glad you had a great time.
So last week I reported my son had chicken pox and a stressful week of binge eating I gained 3lbs. Experience has told me I can rein some of it back only if I religiously stick to my plan and incorporate some form of exercise.
Last week he didn’t go back to till Thursday so I exercised at home with YouTube videos. Lucy Wyndham-read she is great and I recommend her if you fancy doing any at home. I wrote my food in the MyFitnessPal diary and counted everything that went in my mouth.
Here are the results
Starting weight 11st 4lbs
Last week 9st 13lbs
This week 9st 9.5lbs
I lost 3.5lb I’m very pleased as I didn’t starve myself or anything just kept to the plan. Glad it was water weight so able to shift it and a little bit more.
Wow! What a brilliant turn around! Well done to you! Just what I need to hear and hope I can use your fantastic example as a model for me this week. Numerous Christmas preparation errands which do create a challenge. Perhaps I shall have a look at Lucy Wyndham. I have not heard of her before. I wonder if your son is better. Have a good week.
Hello Pineapple27 and thank you very much for hosting.
What an amazing photo! Vey pleased to read that your holiday has gone so well. Sounds just lovely.
I explained to wa2un7 a month or so ago that I had bought some new scales. The new scales measure to the nearest 0.2 lbs as opposed to just the nearest 1 lb and give data on % fat and % muscle among other things. My old and new scales gave me weights a pound or so apart, so I stayed with the old scales for my weigh in while beginning to learn about the other data that my new scales provided. I weigh lighter on the new scales. Well, this week the battery on my old scales became flat so I shall now swap to my new scales. I really don't want to give floor space to two sets of scales.
So that is my scale update. Well this week has involved four celebratory meals including our first Chinese for perhaps 2 years. My weight went up, but the new scales give me the same weight today as my old scales gave me last week, so I shall take this as a bonus of scale swapping, but am hoping to lose the pound or two that this week's eating gave me, even though I tried on both portion sizes and choices. Obviously, I didn't try hard enough, so a useful reminder how to chose over the Christmas period.
Pleased to report that managed my 10km run last week!
Glad you’ve got the scales sorted out or should I say your old ones sorted problem out for you. Well done 👍👍👍 on your recent10 km run that is just brilliant. Hope you have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Thank you. Seems odd, but I really find it hard to believe how far I can run! Lots of folk run further and faster, but I still marvel at what I'm doing. I try to see it as an investment in my health and enjoy listening to Desert Island Discs podcasts as I run along. 🌸😊🏃🏻♀️
I didn't really compare the scales. Kept to the old ones for weight and the new ones for % fat and % muscle. Definitely better to just have one set of scales 😊
Good morning everyone and thanks for hosting Pineapple27. The dolphins look beautiful, they are such lovely creatures. Have a lovely last day.
Can I please apologise for not responding to the lovely encouraging messages I got last week. I’d just changed my phone and given my husband my old one so I had a lot of tech stuff going on.
My weight last week was 11st 3.4lbs and this week I weigh 11st 2.6lbs so I’ve managed to lose the 0.8lbs I put on at Center Parcs. It was so worth it. I’m glad it’s come off before Christmas. Good luck on the scales this morning everyone!
I dread changing my phone. In fact one of my aims over the Christmas break is to ask for advice from my younger relations when I see them. I’m sure I can do far more with my phone than I currently do!🌼
Thanks. I've been trying to work out what I did differently as I actually ate out a few times. I think the difference might have been that I ate when I was hungry and more importantly didn't eat when I wasn't hungry. Easier said than done when you're trying to fit around a family but I will try to continue.
Wonderful post I love the point about the dolphins-touching and true.
Start weight 12st 10
Last weight posted 2nd Dec 11st 6
Today 11st 6
That's a stay the same
Well it's a relief. I was wary of stepping on this morning because a) the blasted scale won't settle on a weight (new ones ordered from Aldi) and b) I have not been able to make healthy choices and have stopped running over the last week which is not helpful. I'm just so tired!
So I'm really pleased to be the same as I was two weeks ago as I feared worse. I'm weighing in at my Counterweight appointment at 9.30 which will offer a double check although with clothes will be higher.
Hoping to make a few charges this week to move the scales in a favourable direction!
Wishing you all well today and on the week to come.
Well done STS and without the scales to guide you too, Good luck in your weigh in at Counter Weight by the 9 month and 12th month only I turned up. Hope yours is a better turnout. X
I can so concur with, "Hoping to make a few charges this week to move the scales in a favourable direction!" Too many Christmas preparation errands to fit in the running. I have decided if all tasks are sorted I shall go for 11km on Friday. We'll see. Just ran a meagre 3.65km delivering Christmas cards this morning.
I do hope that your Counterweight appointment went well and you are not so tired this week. Sleep well and have a good week 😊🌸
Well done ChoosingLife . I know you were anxious about not having accurate scales but it sounds as if you are in control. It’s so difficult when you’re feeling tired. I wonder if you will have some time to yourself over the Christmas break and can recharge your batteries....I hope so🌼
Hi Pineapple27 thanks for hosting , thanks for lovely photo from Tenerife . Hope you got back safely and look back on the lovely memories you have made with your sister.
Well my week has been one of slow progress on the health front. The most comfortable position I have found is to lie in the sofa most of the time following my op just over a week ago.( can just hear my son in law thinking lazy beggar ) I can sit at dining table on my wonderful cushion my husband bought me last week. I am able to chop up the veg, trim the chicken pieces and make sandwiches from there so beginning to feel part of the real world. Don’t know how I ever managed to remember all my tablets before I set up the alarm on my iPad and iPhone. Got the idea from my daughter who sets her ipad alarm for the tumble drier.
Well here are stats for weight this week though I haven’t written anything down but have still weighed Most of my food.
Start weight. 15stone. 7 3/4 lbs ( Nov 2017)
Last week 10 stone 13lbs
Weight today. 10 stone 13lbs
STS
Total loss. 4 stone 8 3/4 lbs
Aim for this week STS or 1lb loss will be happy with either
Am venturing out today for a bit of retail therapy to our local mill outlet. My husband has booked me a wheelchair from the mill and my cushion will go with me, we plan to have a sandwich there and have a look round the stores
And then watch the 1940’s dancers at their tea dance in the restaurant on the top floor, most of them dress up in 40’s gear . We won’t stop out too long but looking forward to that very much.
Hope all Monday Mass Movers and the admin team have a lovely week.Sue🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Thank you so much for your lovely comments - looking further back today I note you have had a 2lb loss this week 🎉🎉🎉 well done. Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Well done on the STS, that's a great result at this time of year. Enjoy your day, sounds fun. Glad you are feeling more in touch with the world and hope you continue to heal well. Have a good week.
Thanks for your lovely reply.will certainly do my best to enjoy today. My husband too needs a change, he will be sorted with a latte and his smarties cookie, he’s easily sorted. The last few days have been boring stuck in as we usually go out somewhere most days. Hope you have a good week too Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Glad to hear you’re recovering well. The tea dance sounds fun I recently joined a dance exercise class and I’m useless no coordination at all, but I love it all swing and other moves from the past I love it all.
Couldn’t find anything I wanted to buy but was also getting tired as wheelchair not very comfortable. Didn’t stay out too long glad to be back home in the warm . Have a good week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Yes am now feeling warmer and don’t think it will be long before I drop off to sleep. Thank you so much for your kind words. Everybody on here has been really lovely. Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
You are doing so well to STS....staying in the 10 somethings is brilliant. It sounds as if going out today has done you both good. Getting back to your usual routine but taking it nice and slowly. You are such a great support to all of us here on a Monday. Take care and don’t be tempted to do too much.🌼
Thank you for your lovely reply. Yes it was lovely but tiring today , laid out on sofa with iPad in the air trying to stop it from swivelling round! One of the nurses told me to listen to my body she said one day you will feel better but may feel worse next day so take care- have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄
Thank you! I honestly wouldn’t have done it without everyone on here 😊 I don’t have the best track records of sticking to diets and it’s great to be losing steadily just by eating proper food and no deprivation!
Wow babss well done on your total 3 stone weight loss. What a lovely thing to happen just before Christmas week and a change of badge . Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Thanks for hosting Pineapple27 love the picture of Dolphins. NO PARTY this week. I seem to be hovering, but am quite happy as I will confess to mince pies, I just can't resist them so no more will be made until Christmas.
Start weight 134.5kg
Last week 84.6kg
This week 84.7kg
Gain 100g it's a blip.
So my plan is to possibly lose a bit this week and then STS over Christmas and New Year and celebrate the 50kg badge in the new year.
Hi don’t despair with your blip this week. Remember what I always say, that was last week and today is the start of a new week. Love mince pies but can’t say I’ve had one in the last two years . Do indulge in a Christmas fruit slice with icing on made by a certain Mr K.........as I know how many calories and that’s my Christmas tea time treat. Take the box to my daughters and there aren’t many left so don’t indulge for too long.
Good luck with your plan for this week you can do it, Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Great ideas Barcud . It feels better when there’s a plan to guide us. My plan includes mince pies....but in moderation this year! Good luck to you too 🌼
Glad you are having a fantastic break. Well done on everyone's progress!
Start Weight (16th Sept 2019): 89.5kg (BMI 30.6)
Last Week: 87.7kg
This Week: 87.6kg
Loss/Gain (this week): -0.1kg
Loss/Gain (total): -1.9kg
So a fractional loss but a loss all the same and I continue to go it correct direction. I haven't been very good at calorie/food tracking and have decided to give it a break until after the Festive period.
The scales are certainly not travelling with me over the next 2 weeks so we will see on the 6th January what effect it will have...
Since the 16th September when I started on this forum at 89.5kg, I have been 91.2kg at my highest but I've also been 87.1kg at my lowest. So it has been up and down; roughly 2 weeks down, 2 weeks up.
Heres to 2020, when I have a couple of special events and some dresses in my wardrobe I haven't been able to wear for a while and hope to fit into by the time they come around...
Oh dear we have very similar stats, and I also had a fractional loss this week. I've also gained then lost since I joined. And Im also not as effective as before with my calorie counting! Are you me? Lol.
Thanks for sharing your journey. Im wishing you all the best. Any loss is a good loss and it's a proof you've been making sensible choices all week, so stay put!
So close to losing 2kg, keep it up and I'm sure you'll be rocking those outfits in the new year. Have a good week.
Good morning everyone 🌸 it's been a year since I was here. Fresh start and looking forward to the journey with all of you. hope this is a good week for you too
So far, so good. Been to one lunch date and two parties and was so restrained! No nibbles and the low cal vegetarian option in a restaurant and one small glass of wine.
I'm hosting a 'Thank you' session for fellow volunteers today - lots of mulled wine, mince pies and other wicked things donated by our local Sainsbury's, of which I shall not allow to sully my stomach ! Instead, I have made hearty, but healthy soups for us dieters.
Hi and well done on your restraint on the lunch date and two parties how organised you are. What a lovely thing to host , a than you session for fellow volunteers yet again you are organised with healthy soups. Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Well - we have had our first snow which looked great on the hillside and didn’t cause any trouble on the roads - so far so good. It has been very cold though which makes me hungry! A big batch of soup has kept us going for lunches but I do enjoy baking and I’ve made mince pies, cheese straws and parkin (must be a Yorkshire thing) for various get togethers this week and tasted them but not too much 🤣
Last week 11st
Weight today 10st 13.5lbs
Loss 0.5lb
That’ll do fine! I’m in the 10s and I am staying here for the foreseeable future 🥳 Goodbye 11stones 👋🏻
I’d like to maintain over Christmas and I am going for the One MealADay approach.
Well done on dropping into the 10 stone bracket what a lovely early Christmas present. Good luck this week on your journey. Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
I've not been weighing myself for a few weeks. I presume I put on a kilo or maybe only a pound, no more. I've been eating things without proper cooking for a few weeks. My husband had a massive open heart operation which went on for over 9 hours. Since then he has been in post-operative stress with hallucinations, fear, paranoia and panic. I know this from previous surgery. He only calms down when I am around, so I am told. He even destroyed a bedside table in panic.
I spend about 5-7 hours with him every day. He's still in intensive care.
I haven't been weighing myself or even bothered by it. I am pleased to be able to keep up with some choir singing. Everything else just feels like too much.
So I wish you all a great Christmas period. I'll be back in Jan/Feb.
Oh Caroline, there's nothing I can say that will make you feel any better, but I just wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you both and I'm sending you a big hug for support and comfort.
I feel for you, Caroline. My husband also had open heart surgery with complications. I understand why you have to be around and it is so exhausting both because of your husband's needs but also the additional worry and emotional roller coaster. I'm glad you are keeping up with choir. I wasn't able to as we were in a different city for surgery. My choir buddies and friends were so supportive but answering texts and emails was exhausting. I hope your husband makes good progress and you can take care of yourself too.....not easy. I think weight is the last thing you need to bother with. Just come back when you are able. 💐🌺🌹
Caroline my thoughts and am sure thoughts from other MMM’s are with you at this stressful time looking after your husband after his massive surgery. Hopefully he will turn the corner soon. Having had experience of sitting in hospital with my son you feel in another world and just surviving from one day to the next is a big thing. Weighing yourself etc is the last thing you will do so don’t be too hard on yourself. Pleased you are keeping up with the choir singing. See you back here in the new year sending you lots of hugs 🤗 Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄
Huge supportive hug from me, look after yourself and I hope your husband improves and gets out of IC soon. We will be thinking of you and ready to welcome you back when you are ready.
I have been wondering how you were and whether the medical folk felt your husband was well enough to have the operation. Oh! What a time you must be having. How special that your husband is calmer when you are near. I do hope the hospital staff are really good in every way as you go through this very difficult time. It is astounding what the doctors can do, isn't it?
I am amazed that you have managed some choir singing, as I can imagine that everything is on hold while you support your husband in any way that you are able to. I also hope that some folk are supporting you too and you are able to eat some healthy food and have some good sleep to help you with all you have to do.
You are in my thoughts and prayers and I do hope to hear some good news from you next time you are able to write.
Here is a virtual hug for you 🤗 and some flowers 🌸🌺🌸🌺
hi all is this the right place for weigh in mondays woho looks like it only taken hours to find well im not looking for my old weigh ins do i may not get back here so i think last week i weighed 17stone 5lbs ? this week i weighed in at 17stone 9lbs now i will go back see if i can read message
I'm in the same boat at the moment in terms of gaining. I'm trying not to be hard on myself and hoping I'll eventually get to a balanced and happy place with food.
Well done for finding your way here, you really are struggling, does your doctor's surgery offer any help, most have a dietician attached who could explain the food types to you, and also to help with your confidence on line does your local library offer help, or I believe Barclays bank was running a scheme at one time. Good luck Hidden
It is definitely not the easiest time to lose weight, is it. All the best for you this week, I hope that you are able to make good choices and stick to your plan.
Whilst I understand your reluctance to share your start weight, I found it difficult myself, let me assure you that there is no judgement here. That number does not define you as a person and by owning it, you stop it from owning you. Believe me, the relief at getting it out in the open is enormous and marks the start of the healing process.
There's plenty of information here to help you on your journey, just follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary.
I second what moreless said, don't be afraid to post your weight, there really is no judgement here, only support and encouragement 😊
I was terrified of posting mine in the beginning, all 18st 5lbs but I braved it and survived! No spontaneous combustion, no ridicule, just people who are or were in the same boat, who understand - the relief was enormous 😌
You couldn't have found a better place to support you in your weight loss efforts, wishing you the best of luck 😊💪
It is a great place for non judgemental support and from people who understand how difficult it can be especially if life takes a difficult turn and food is our comfort. I hope you find it helpful here.
Thank you. I think its just finding what works. At the minute I'm just avoiding all snacking until I'm a little stronger. As snacking is a big problem for me.
I agree with everything said by Joanney69 and moreless . I felt exactly the same when I joined this wonderful forum. The relief to be able to “talk” to people who understand is immense. I always say that this forum has changed my life....and I always feel over dramatic for saying it...but it’s true! You will love it here. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Looking forward to seeing you next Monday 🌼
Thinking about it I realise I joined this wonderful forum in 2017 but didn’t actually join in for a few months. I “lurked” on the sidelines and didn’t have the confidence to record my weight or join in with discussions. Perhaps I’m not a very good example for you as I wasted so much time! However I do understand how you feel. I’m running out of time now but good luck for this coming week 🌼
Hi FabButFat and welcome to this forum. You will only meet people on here who always give support and encouragement. Everyone has their own weight loss goals to follow and if anything else is going on in your life people offer support for that too. Having recently had a major operation just over a week ago I have had loads of members giving me loads of support in the last week. People on this forum have become really good friends, friends nevertheless you will never meet but great friends . Hope you will return next Monday and be brave enough to post your weight on here. As moreless says no one is judgemental and feel sure once you do post it will be the start of a brilliant weight loss journey. If you still don’t feel brave enough it doesn’t matter still come on and let us all know how you are getting on.Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
You are very welcome. Thank you for asking ...I am not a very patient patient lying here thinking of what I should be doing but not got the energy yet, have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
It is hard but my husband has been brilliant and doesn’t mind popping into town to the supermarket if he can call in their cafe for a latte, he is easily sorted , Sue
Welcome FabButFat , I'm with moreless, there really is no judgement here, I started my journey on June 1st 2018 at 21stone 2lbs and have now lost nearly 50kg (8 stone). Own your weight when you are ready, read as much on this site and join in and you'll soon be relishing the journey. Look forward to seeing you next week and well done on your loss so far.
Thank you for hosting, Pineapple 27, especially as you are on holiday. I hope you are enjoying the last day of your break. Well, my week has gone according to plan, the goal being to maintain for the festive period and start to lose again in January. I am 13st12lbs....exactly the same as last week. I have been out for meals and some added festive eating. I am so pleased not to have gained but I think I am learning to balance the eating and meals out. I hope everyone has a good week.
Great result Missionwoman . Yes it seems that you do have the right balance. It just shows that you can socialise and still maintain. I’ve gained 1lb this week so obviously haven’t quite cracked it yet! Here’s to a great week ahead 🌼
Hello MintTeaMascara . Don’t despair.... it’s such a tough time of year food wise but the important thing is that you are here. I’ve gained 1lb this week. In the past at Christmas I would have given up, gone on a binge and felt even worse about myself....and then the vicious circle starts. Just talking on this fabulous forum helps me so much. Don’t be too hard on yourself 🌼
Hi as Alideer says you have come back on here so don’t be too hard on yourself. That gain was last week and today is the start of a new week. Keep coming back to the forum where you will get lots of support and encouragement from members. Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Hello everyone and hola Pineapple27 .....I love your photo!
Last week I weighed 12st 0lb
This morning I weighed 12st 1lb
So a gain of 1lb
So much for getting down into the 11 somethings this week. I’m resigned to hovering around this weight until the New Year now. I’ve told myself that there’s no need to overeat but we will see how that goes with all the extra food around! Going to catch up with everyone’s news now 🌼
Hi Alideer if you are careful and don’t overeat too much you will be okay over Christmas. Remember today is the start of a new week last week is forgotten about now, you will get there so be kind to yourself. Have a lovely week Sue 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
Good idea at this time of year. I am planning a normal menu for the Christmas week apart from Christmas day and boxing day, but know there will be some added extras. Ha
Yes Poggsey it’s definitely those extras! Going to try to think about what I’m doing when those tins of chocolates are about. So easy to keep grazing! 🌼
It really does add up. If I don't do as well as I hope one week I own it think how I can change it and move on, spend to much time being down on myself because of what I weighed in the past.
Hi just trying to join in. Age 66 weight 18st 7lb. Used to be very active now golf anf table tennis. Trying to cut down food and drink and looking for some support. Golfat
You're at the right place for support. I dont know how to tag people anymore but hopefully Moreless or another lovely admin will see your message and will also give you the lowdown on how to start.
You will not regret being part of this community. I have benefitted from it so much in the past and I am hoping to carry on doing so this year.
Trying to cut down on food and drink is what most of us need indeed! You'll find guidance and support here all throughout your journey.
Say to yourself that it definitely can be done, and hopefully you'll just do it.
Lol. Try not to cut down too much or it will make you miserable and your more likely to give up.
Not the best time of year but I started with cutting down on alcohol as the calories really add up and don't fill you up, if fact I also ate more rubbish after drinking so added bonus for me cutting down.
There's plenty of information here to help you on your journey, just follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary.
I wont lie Im quite disappointed, I thought I had been very good but looks like I have not! Not just that but I still weigh heavier than 3 weeks ago when I joined! Even though my goal last week was to reach that weight!
Oh well. I will have to work a little bit harder and be more careful perhaps.
