Low carb high fat lunch

The little pancake couldn’t be easier: whisk a large egg with a tbsp of ground almonds. Melt tiny bit of butter in a small frying pan, pour in mixture and lightly fry on both sides for a few minutes. Here I’ve served it with mixed salad and a dollop of cream cheese.

Hi Greendream and hope 2021 is treating you well so far.I’ve been keeping a low profile since my grandson passed away, I must admit...his funeral took place finally ten days ago and it’s good to feel we can move forward a bit - not move on, but just forward on this new path which will shape itself around our loss.

Hi Monday, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandson, what a truly awlful thing to go through. I hope you and your family can support each other and, like you say, move forward together. It is lovely to see you back, your meals always look great. :)

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Losing a grandson must be so difficult. Grieving in this current climate is hard I know from personal experience as so difficult to come together with friends and family. Sending you my condolences for you and your family.

That looks so very tasty 😊😊 xx

Ohhh like the pancake idea, definitely less carby than my egg/banana pancakes. Thanks for idea (saved until I can revisit the kitchen)

Thanks for the idea. Looks great I will be making this one.

Lovely thanks for sharing. Will try these on weekend with some blueberries and whipped cream yum

KETO has worked for me although it has taken me some time to come to grips with. There are lots of great ideas on this forum and also many keto recipes online, which I use dependant on what ingredients I have in fridge.
