12 egg in bread -coffee

3.30 coffee

5 an orange

7.30 fish and daal-mango and passion fruit yoghurt

Exercise 5km virtual speed walk along Wailea beach path on the tread mill - wedging clay- if you do pottery you know

No ,it was fish and daal then a muller ligh mango and passion fruit yoghurt

Okay, thanks. But daal and mango sounds way better than fish and daal.

Maybe I just give it a try. Or I can add some mussels because I don't have fish left for this month.

I make my daal in an instant pot , 1 cup chana daal, 1 inch fresh ginger 1 tsp turmeric and 4 cups water pressure cook for 10 mins stir then add 1 tsp salt 1tsp Garam masala pressure cook for 10 mins while that’s on heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan when it’s hot add 1 heaped tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp chilli and 5 chopped cloves of garlic fry add this to the pot and pressure cook for 10 mins , you can add fresh coriander if you like it Walah daal
